BQ Steak, baked potato, and garden squash....... wine and garlic bread.
Summer Yellow Squash:
(out of habit I use corning glass with lid)
1 T of cooking oil (probably not canola oil
)2 T of chopped onion (any kind)
heat and brown only lightly... which means hardly
1 Medium Tomato chopped, juice and all
add to pot.. mix ....... light salt
2 Squash (1/2 foot each....
6 inches will do it)slice into thin slices (not potato chip thin)
Zucchini works well also... or mix.
add to pot..... do not mix to start..... cover and cook over
low-medium heat.
When tender........ mix and add 3 T of grated Parmesan Cheese
If you think you do not like squash you just need more exposure.
